Harassment of any kind is strictly forbidden. There are harassment laws in place that define what will characterize an individual to be in violation of this type of criminal act. One of the aspects of the harassment laws that most people are familiar with is that it is against harassment law to sexually assault anyone. What some people fail to realize is that a violation of the sexual harassment laws is not just applying physical force to an individual. This is one of the more severe violations of sexual harassment law, but it not the only instance in which this type of behavior can be considered unlawful. For instance, an individual may be in direct violation of a sexual harassment law, even if he or she has only spoken the harassment. An individual may also find that he or she is in violation of harassment law if he or she gestures to an individual in an appropriate manner.
